Bellini's
Bellini's Ballroom main area. Ehime's largest bar lounge with private VIP area, stage, dance floor, and lounge areas. Unique central bar design served as divider between live performance and lounge areas enabling fast service to both.
Large floor to ceiling windows in ballroom area looked down on Saijo City's main street below creating ideal evening atmosphere. Unfortunately, despite proper permits and zoning, noise complaints necessitated relocation and Bellini\'s Ballroom closed spring of 2009.
Bellini's Ballroom played host to many first-time industry events that set a new tone for the field in general including Western style speed-date nights, Open Mic nights and new cuisines.
